By accessing and using the GoBly URL shortening service (located at gobly.in), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

GoBly provides users with the ability to convert long URLs into shorter, more manageable links. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." GoBly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with or without notice at any time.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use GoBly only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our service to create short links that redirect to:

• Malware, spyware, ransomware, or any other malicious software.
• Phishing sites or scams designed to steal personal information.
• Child exploitation material or any illegal content.
• Sites that promote terrorism, violence, or hate speech.
• Spam or unsolicited commercial email (UCE) destinations.

We reserve the right to disable, delete, or redirect any short link that violates these terms without prior notice.

4. Custom Aliases (Slugs)

GoBly allows users to create custom aliases for their short links. You agree not to create aliases that infringe on the trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights of others. GoBly reserves the right to reclaim, delete, or reassign custom aliases at our sole discretion, especially in cases of impersonation or trademark disputes.

5. Service Availability and Data Loss

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, GoBly does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data, lost profits, or any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

GoBly, its creators, and hosting providers shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of the use of or inability to use the service, or the content of the destination URLs.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will do our best to provide notice of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
